Delicious Pho

Our team delivered a stunning concept-only design for a family-run restaurant based in Spitalfields. The concept was inspired by the Vietage, a new cross-country train built to allow guests to enjoy the wonders of the Vietnamese landscape in unmatched luxury and comfort. Split into two key parts, the Station and the Carriage, our design aimed to balance the classic style of the golden age of rail travel, with modern comforts and luxury.

We used rattan furniture and bright golden colours to evoke the traditional colonial style popular in the 19th century, and elegant wallpapers to create murals, honouring the famous rice fields of Sapa. Our team also developed an innovative spatial planning design to optimise the functionality of the space, allowing for a generous bar whilst maximising the restaurant’s capacity.
