At MKDL, we love nurturing strong relationships with clients, and working with them over multiple projects. The success of Caffè Venezia’s renovation marked the start of a lasting partnership with our client delivering luxury hospitality properties that has continued to this day.

Our client was keen to embrace the spirit of Venice and loved our concept design of ‘Sailing Souls’. Evoking the timeless beauty of the ‘City of Water’ this design paid homage to the incredible city and its breath-taking canals, taking inspiration from all aspects of Venetian culture and history, from the art of the Renaissance master Titian to the innovative looks of Venice fashion week.
