After the success of our first collaboration, our client has enlisted us to transform a Grade II listed building into a stunning two-bedroom flat. At MKDL, we believe in creating designs that acknowledge a space’s past, as well as its future. This marrying of new and old naturally lent itself to a contemporary classic design, embracing modern aesthetics whilst still embracing the space’s historic appeal. Our team worked closely with Westminster council and heritage consultants to draw up remodelling plans that enhanced the space and functionality whilst maintaining its integrity and beautiful original features such as the striking full-height arched windows.
